Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the pillowcases must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Return Process

We will provide you with step-by-step instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, style, or color, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In cases where the requested product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that every pillowcase is inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made pillowcases, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance or final sale items may also not qualify for returns or refunds. These conditions will always be clearly marked on the product page.
